- Your address (an email address is sufficient, unless you require a reply by post);
- The location of the property (town, city or council district);
- What type of transaction you require a quote for, ie.:
- Re-mortgage of your property;
- Sale of your existing property only;
- Purchase of a new property only;
- Combined Sale of your existing property and Purchase of another;
- The value of the property involved (if you are buying and selling, please give the values of both properties).
