In order to keep our prices low, we keep our overheads low. Virtually all forms and documents (and this website!) have been developed entirely in-house using standard software. We are able to use our own versions of forms produced by, among others, the Legal Services Commission, Law Society, HM Land Registry, the Inland Revenue and others, all at no cost to us other than initial development.
Complaints
We always endeavour to give the best possible service at all times, however if there is any aspect of our service which causes dissatisfaction and which cannot be resolved by the person who is conducting the case then the matter may be raised with one of the partners. If your complaint cannot be resolved by the firm, you can write to the
Legal Complaints Service. We hope this will not be necessary, but they have a conciliation service and a disciplinary system if things go wrong. We can also agree between us to submit to their binding arbitration. The Consumer Complaints Service can be contacted at:-Victoria Court,
